Folsom's Sugar House has been a traditional maple sugaring operation for over 17 years and was selected as a New Hampshire Farm of Distinction in 2006. We set out about 500 buckets each spring all over the town of Chester and boil the sap in our 3' x 8' wood-fired stainless steel evaporator. This picturesque sugar house is nestled in the small southern New Hampshire town of Chester. Less than 8 miles from Exit 4 off Interstate 93 or Exit 5 off Route 101. We are easily accessible for visitors to come and enjoy the sugaring season each spring.
