A beef quarter from PT Farm will include all the cuts possible to minimize the quantity of ground beef. You can expect all of the steaks you love including flatirons, Delmonicos, Tbones, Porterhouse, and more. There will be about (3) 4 pound roasts, and a few one pound bags of beef for stew. Approximately 35% of your quarter will be ground beef. The price is $4/lb for what you take home in the box and the weights are about 100 pounds. Custom-cut halves are available for $2.35/lb hanging weight. Additional ground beef is available for $2.30/lb.
