Olde Time Raw Honey
Raw honey in "Muth" jars. Wildflower honey, just like Grandma and Great Grandma had. Each 8 oz bottle is filled, corked & sealed with beeswax and labeled by hand. These can be gotten in Raspberry Flower, BuckWheat Blossom, Wild Blackberry Flower, BlueBerry Blossom, GoldenRod flowers, Red & White Clover, Apple Blossom, and a Victorian Rose bud honey. As well as the Spring, Summer and Fall Wildflower Honeys.

Our BlackBerry Flower honey is a unique, limited-production honey gathered from hives located in New Hampshire and Massachusetts BlackBerry fields. It possesses a mellifluous texture, straw color and floral scented overtones, In this rare instance, the honey tastes like the fruit of the plant with a distinctive fresh BlackBerry finish that is both pleasantly sweet and tart. It is wonderful to use where the nuances of berry flavor will be most enhanced - Stir into plain yogurt or cottage cheese, use to flavor berry tarts and pies, drizzle over fresh vanilla ice cream, add to a hot cup of tea or simply savor a spoonful!

Raw BuckWheat Honey
Raw and all natural, just the way the bees do it. 9.1 oz honey comb glass hex jar of Raw BuckWheat Honey. Dark and rich in color and flavor. Buckwheat honey is pungent in flavor with molasses and malty tones and a lingering aftertaste. Buckwheat honey is also very dark in color. As a general rule, darker honeys tend to be higher in antioxidant compounds than lighter ones. Because of this characteristic, darker honeys also tend to be higher in mineral content on average, as compared to lighter honeys. The buckwheat plant is an excellent honey source, sometimes planted by beekeepers specifically for honey production. The blossoms are rich in nectar and blooming can continue into the fall.
